The Bedfordshire Lieutenancy welcomes Rev'd Dr Simon Tibbs to All Saints Church, Bedford. 

Fr Simon was licensed by the Bishop of Bedford, the Right Rev'd Richard Atkinson and installed by the Archdeacon of Bedford, Venerable Dave Middlebrook. 

The event was celebrated by the wider Queen's Park community, as well as Deputy Lieutenant Elizabeth Toogood, The High Sheriff of Bedfordshire and Deputy Speaker of Bedford Borough Council among other distinguish guests.
