Bedford Council of Faiths marks Holocaust Memorial Day
Bedford Council of Faiths marked Holocaust Memorial Day today at an event held at the Anne Frank tree, Russell Park, Bedford.
The Vice Lord Lieutenant joined members of the Bedford Council of Faiths, the Mayor of Bedford Borough, Tom Wootton, The High Sheriff of Bedfordshire alongside faith based groups and councillors.
Holocaust Memorial Day offers us time to pause and remember the innocent victims of Nazi persecution and the victims of more recent genocides across the world.
